Designing Your Itinerary
Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll begin reaching out to trusted partners to create your custom itinerary. You’ll receive a tailored proposal with hand-picked stays and special experiences. From there, you can share feedback so I can refine everything until it feels exactly right.

Booking Your Travels
Once your itinerary is finalized, I’ll bring it all together. My concierge travel service includes booking your lodging, excursions, and private transportation — so every piece of the trip is handled before you arrive.

Start Your Journey
As your departure date gets closer, we’ll have one final pre-trip call to review your plans and answer any questions. You’ll also receive access to a mobile itinerary app so your travel details are easy to access, along with contact information for in-destination support if needed.
And of course, I’ll be working behind the scenes to help ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on enjoying the experience and making new memories.
